Development of 8 new houses and extension to village shop in Tilford, Surrey

Planning permission was obtained for eight new dwellings and an extension to the village shop in the heart of one of the most attractive villages in Surrey.  Due to the very sensitive location outside of a defined settlement but within the Tilford Conservation Area, Green Belt, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Area of Great Landscape Value we entered into a series of consultations with the local residents to produce an appropriate design.
