Extensions and alterations to form contemporary dwelling, Guildford, Surrey

The original 1950’s property has been extensively remodelled to take advantage of the southern aspect and stunning views across the Wey valley. This was achieved by the extensive use of glass and sliding, folding doors which open out onto new south and west facing balconies and terracing. The majority of the living accommodation was positioned at first floor level to allow the principal rooms to benefit from the striking views whilst more private spaces were relocated to the ground floor.
