New Contemporary Dwelling, Tilford, Surrey

We have secured planning permission for the demolition of the existing buildings and their replacement with a new dwelling. The site is located within the Green Belt, the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and therefore the design of a new dwelling has to comply with very restrictive planning policies. The new owner of the site subsequently instructed us to submit an application for a new contemporary dwelling. This has been designed to be single storey and clad with stone and timber to reflect the rural setting.
