New contemporary dwelling, Rochester, Kent

The client had received planning permission for a new home in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty when Andrew Petty, who is now a partner at Michael Conoley Associates, was approached. Andrew gave the house a creative design overhaul to drastically improve the appearance and layout of the dwelling.

The house is energy efficient with a timber framed structure, highly insulated and airtight.
