Contemporary replacement dwelling, Guildford, Surrey

We were approached to design a modern dwelling which exploits the southerly views from this sloping site in Guildford, replacing a dated mid 20th centurysuburban house. The property is set out so that the drawing room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room and conservatory all open onto the stepped terrace.
